FEINER HERR – PANCAKE MODERNE

The food truck “Feiner Herr” takes street food to a whole new level, as it is the first to reinterpret the well-known pancakes, connecting tradition and innovation.

Together with Sebastian Haus, an Art Director from Hamburg, we translated the food concept to our corporate identity approach: tradition meets zeitgeist. From the name, which is an old german description literally meaning a gentleman who enjoys tasty things, to the craft: a modern-minimalistic interpretation of Art-Deco elements, we created a visual language that emphasizes the culinary philosophy of the food truck. 

The contemporary translation of ornamental tiles is based on the original pancake recipes. It allows flexibility and at the same time leaves room for additional elements, depending on future menu updates.
