Mixed-Media Installation, 2018

A buffering symbol rotates. Massive flags hanging left and right from above. Black slogans on white flags. They seem like mantras in an age of imminent change. A humming soundscape fills the room. One looks at the buffering symbol and waits until something happens.

"This Site is Buffering" is a mixed-media installation that deals with the human being of the 21st century and his ambivalent relation with nature and technology. For the installation Francis Cazal, copywriter and musician from Hamburg, composes a series of three drone tracks.
